What can be said about Captain Jack Sparrow that hasn't already been said? He's tall dark and
handsome with a pirate ship right? Well yes but there is so much more to this rogue pirate.
Captain Jack Sparrow is a very complex man, some may think that his actions are very random
however Captain Jack is always doing what is best for him. I like to think that he see's an
opportunity and the wheels in his head start to spin and he figures out how to make it work for
him. The movie's give us very few details as to Captain Jack's past. We know he made a deal
with Davey Jones to be the Captain of the Black Pearl for 13 years however he only served two
thanks to Barbossa. The Black Pearl is the one ship that he truly loves and would do anything to
get it back as we found out in the first "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie. He has obviously spent
a lot of time at sea and that is where his heart wants to be. If he doesn't have a ship well he might
just "Borrow" one. If I had to guess and age for Jack I think I would put him in his mid to late
thirties. He loves women and they love him when they are not slapping him. Sometimes when
Jack is trying to convey something he speaks in riddles but the crew seems to be painfully use to
this. I think I like what Johnny Depp has to say about him which is "pirates were the rock stars of
their time". As for weakness Captain Jack only has one RUM!
